Telesales Agent - Trainee Sales - No experience required

Lloyd Recruitment Services - The East Grinstead Branch are currently working with a well-established and reputable company based in Crawley.

Due to ongoing success and expansion they are currently seeking Telesales Agents to join their successful Call Centre team.

They are looking for motivated and enthusiastic people and in return will offer fantastic opportunities for progression within in the business.

GBP16,000 per year, with realistic on target earnings of GBP18,000 + per annum (uncapped) + 33 days Holiday

Main responsibilities:

• Making outbound calls to future prospects
• Providing good quality appointments for field sales agents
• Working to exceed daily and weekly targets
• Ensuring excellent customer service
• Upselling
• Full ongoing training and support is provided

Office hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 to 5:30

Every 4 to 8 weeks you will be required to work a Saturday and as such you will work reduced hours from Monday to Friday of that week.

Key skills and experience:

• Customer service experience within office based or sales environment
• You must have an excellent telephone manner
• Have a passion for delivering excellent customer service
• Have excellent organisation skills
• A desire to succeed in a sales environment
• The ability to empathise is essential
• Team player
