Due to internal progression, we’re looking for a Receptionist to join us in Exeter city centre and deliver a high-quality service to our commercial clients and patients.

Your Role  

As the Receptionist, you will support the delivery of our audiology services to our NHS patients and commercial clients.  

Based at our Exeter city centre site, you will:  

- Welcome guests, patients and clients to our site  
- Respond to a range of queries regarding our products and services 
- Accept payments for hearing aids and associated products  
- Provide information on a range of hearing-related topics  
- Maintain accurate records and assist the Local Manager with a range of clerical duties  
- Identify ways to further improve our service  

About You  

While no experience is required, to join us as a Receptionist, you will need:  

- To be educated to A Level standard  
- Exceptional communication skills  
- A professional approach  
- Strong time-management abilities  
- A great eye for detail  

Ideally, you will have administration or reception experience, but this isn't essential.  

Other companies may call this role Administrator, Receptionist, Secretary, Front of House Receptionist, Office Administrator, Client Services Administrator, EA, PA, Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant.  

This is a full time role, working 37.5 hours per week, 8:00 – 18:00, Wednesday – Saturday.
