My client in the telecoms sector are looking for a desk based Telesales Supervisor to join their motivated and successful team.

Having gone from strength to strength over the past year, over achieving throughout 2017, they are now heading towards the future, looking for a resilient, tenacious Sales Executive to push the department to the next level!

Job Title: Telesales Supervisor

Salary: GBP23,000 + bonus

Location: Welwyn Garden City

Job Type: Permanent

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 - 5

What you'll be doing???

• Outbound calls to existing and potential business customers over the phone
• Proactively maintain the base of customers, ensuring all needs are met
• Identifying sales opportunities and acting upon it to close business
• Deal with objection over the phone and negotiating
• Monitor staff and promote a positive working environment
• Set KPIs and help staff to achieve their targets

About You???

• MUST have previous team management experience
• Ability to work in a highly targeted and fast paced environment
• Professional, resilient and using initiative at all times
