Commercial Solicitor
A well established firm specialising in a number of areas of law are currently seeking a Commercial Solicitor to join their team in a newly created role. The suitable candidate will have a minimum of 4+ years PQE.
THE ROLE
-Advise corporate clients on transactions or cases.
-Maintain existing relations with the firms clients and assist and help develop new relationships with third party referrers
-Assist with all commercial contracts and be able to advise on these
