Legal Cashier
An award winning legal firm based in Southampton are looking to add a legal cashier to their team.
The role involves all aspects of internal accounting and liasing with external accountants.
You will:
- Deal with clients and suppliers over the phone and face to face
- Check bills and completion statements
- Perform bank reconciliations in a timely manner
- Advise fee earners and assistants of incoming payment before posting to ledgers
- Perform banking duties
- Run reports to ensure compliance with CLC Accounts Rules
- Complete Weekly Payroll when required
- Other Duties as required
You must:
- Have experience of a similar role at a legal firm
