Fertiliser Trader - North

We have an exciting opportunity for a Fertiliser Trader to cover the North of England. The role is a direct result of growth and expansion across the UK. Our client is a forward thinking employer with a successful range of branded products including forage seed and forage preservatives.

This post will involve supporting the sales team, with the objective to drive fertiliser sales in the area. The successful applicant will also be the commercial manager of the company's product range in the area and so there is significant opportunity for the right person.

Requirements:

• Experience in Fertiliser Trading or Forage Sales.
• Ideally FACTS qualified.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Commercially astute.
• Ambition and highly motivated, with excellent organisational skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.

Full UK driving licence and a willingness to travel.The role can be either largely field based or largely office based according to the preference of the successful candidate. Farm visits will be an important part of the sales and support process but cost effective use of the telephone and internet will also be expected.
