We are looking for a well organised and confident individual to help support the MD and senior team in delivering the business plans.

Administrative duties:
* General diary management
* Management and organisation of MDs emails, including responding to simple emails
* General office management and administrative duties
* Taking, producing and circulating minutes
* Running point on small projects that fall within the MDs responsibilities
* Arranging travel and accommodation
* Assisting with new employee starter administration
* On Boarding new employees
* Assisting with the internal recruitment strategy
* Office management
* Other duties as required
Person specification:
* Minimum of 2 years experience in a PA-type role
* Excellent Microsoft Word and Excel skills
* Excellent organisation skills
* A confident personality that is comfortable communicating with a variety of people inside and outside of the business
