Location: Greater London - Surrey and Kent only.
Salary: GBP23,400 - GBP24,700 DOE
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
Hours: Monday-Friday - start time between 6am and 8am, 8 hour day which includes 30 minute lunch break. Some Saturday work needed a few times a year and will be paid as overtime.
About the Role:
Gaze A Glaze Ltd have a vacancy for a full time, permanent Window Cleaner to join our Commercial & Residential Team with an immediate start. The role is to be the Assistant Window Cleaner as part of a two-person team that works from a van using Reach & Wash equipment. No window cleaning experience is required as full training will be given.
Your duties will include:
• Window Cleaning using Reach and Wash equipment and the traditional method
• Cleaning of mainly commercial properties with some residential cleaning
• Gutter Cleaning & Pressure Washing when needed
We are looking for someone with:
• Good level of spoken English
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent time-keeping as early morning starts are the norm
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and use initiative
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Awareness of safety requirements
• A good level of physical fitness
• Capable of working outdoors in all weathers
Knowledge / Experience Required - Beneficial:
• Traditional window cleaning and/or R&W window cleaning
• Full Driving Licence - to be able to drive the van when needed
• A good knowledge of the London area
• We would particularly like to hear from people who have had long term employment in jobs working outside, eg labouring, gardening

We use the Ionic Reach & Wash water-fed pole system which cleans up to 20 metres. The other services we offer are carpet cleaning, gutter cleaning (SpaceVac) and high pressure jet washing.
