Key Account Manager
Salary: GBP40,000 to GBP50,000 OTE

The exciting news is we're still growing beyond all expectations and are looking for a talented, motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our Manchester sales team. As a Key Account Manager, you will identify new clients, drive new business revenues, in addition to servicing and growing our relationships with large organisations across the North of England.

Key Responsibilities:

The responsibility of the Key Account Manager is to consistently win new, and retain existing accounts with companies across the North of England, ensuring a high level of service is given to all customers whilst meeting business requirements. You will also be responsible for:

* Generating and developing new business and growing the account base

* Managing and increasing sales by maintaining and developing customer accounts

* Continually maximising profit through effective account management

* Achieving individual sales targets and managing each of your customer accounts to the agreed level

* Forecasting future sales and buying patterns for key accounts

* Compiling and presenting internal monthly, quarterly and annual reports

* Keeping the management team informed of any significant developments with key customers

* Presenting to clients throughout Scotland

* Providing an excellent level of service to all customers

* You will need to be based in Scotland as you will be expected to meet with clients face-to-face

Knowledge and Experience:

* Strong sales and negotiation experience within the Job board, advertising or recruitment industry.

* New business experience with a proven track record of generating and closing high value deals

* Ability to negotiate with key decision makers

* Strong presentation skills with proven experience presenting to key decision makers

* Disciplined and self-motivated with excellent time management skills

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to demonstrate good organisational qualities and able to multi-task efficiently

* Ability to translate the needs of our customers into working procedures and sales opportunities

* Ability to work calmly and effectively whilst working to various KPI's

* Ability to listen effectively and respond appropriately to requests for information and assistance, in a concise and easily understandable style
