Carpenter Multi Trade
An exciting opportunity has arisen for Carpenter Multi Trade Operatives to work for a maintenance contractor based in Haringey on a 3 - month temp to permanent contract, the permanent salary is between GBP30,000.00 - GBP31,000.00 plus Van and fuel + Benefits
Own vehicle required for the first 12 weeks
The successful candidate will have experience working within social housing and also have their own vehicle for the first 12 weeks.
You will be required to:
* Carry out a wide range of maintenance and responsive repairs connected with all aspects of their specialist trades and any secondary trades.
* Complete a variety of trades such as Carpentry, minor plumbing, repairing, minor tiling and patch plastering etc
* Work in an efficient way within deadlines
