We are working with an International Recruitment Consultancy who are holding a Graduate Recruitment Consultant Assessment Day and the client are seeking driven, motivated, and confident individuals to work in a professional office environment in the heart of London in Graduate Recruitment Consultant roles.
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you can expect great training and support alongside building your network within your respective market. Your day-to-day life as a recruiter will involve calling clients to develop leads, build rapport and relationships for future avenues of business, as well as searching for candidates across various networks to place them in a position with your client.
The starting salary on offer is GBP22,000 plus commission, increasing to GBP24,000 upon passing training/probation (6 months).1st Year OTE of GBP35,000, 2nd year OTE of GBP45,000. 3rd year OTE of GBP70,000+.
You will be working for an international company who specialise in professional service sectors (HR, Legal, Finance and Accounting, Marketing, IT and the Public sector). You will engage high calibre candidates through a mix of media channels and will be able to confidentially approach people from all types of backgrounds. You will be inducted onto an extensive training programme including classroom based training, working with senior consultants and also market specialists, giving you the skills to be able to become a top performer. The client are very well-established and offer great career promotions up to Recruitment Team Leader, Business Manager, and even Director level positions, with 95% of senior management having been promoted through the ranks.
A successful Recruitment Consultant can expect a competitive basic salary with a great uncapped monthly commission structure with no threshold, allowing you to realistically take home GBP70k a year once you are fully trained and have established a strong network of candidates and clients. They offer yearly all expense paid incentive trips for top performers to places like Las Vegas and Cancun, monthly team nights out and Friday afternoon drinks.
The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level OR have 12 months experience in sales/telesales, are looking to increase their earnings potential and enjoy working in a fast paced busy environment
