Our client is currently recruiting for the position of Offshore Recruitment Coordinator, based in Aberdeen
Responsibilities will include:
Source, select and employ suitably qualified personnel to meet all existing and projected manpower requirements
Control and co-ordinate the labour pool ensuring all manning requirements are met accordingly
Issue contracts of employment to new and rehire employees and updated schedules to current employees as required
Ensure Company induction and all mandatory training is scheduled for all new employees
Ordering PPE for new start or rehire employees
Maintenance of personnel electronic HR records, HR system(s) and training e file where require
Deal with all incoming CV's, acknowledge and retain in the appropriate file
Answer incoming calls to the recruitment line
Experience
Experience in an offshore / site based trades recruitment role within the oil and gas industry
Discipline Awareness in one or more of the following areas; Fabric Maintenance, Inspection, Rope Access, Specialist Services, Wind Energy
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and re-prioritise workload
Contract position - Fixed Term (6 months)
