Are you available for a contract role in the Oldham area?

My client seeks a Learning & Development Officer to support their team during a maternity contract. The role is offering approx GBP18-22k, and is for 9 months,

The L&D Officer will support the manager of the department in all things L&D,
You will manage the learning management system - to include reporting on KPI and learning information, all the co-ordination around the learning cycle for group training sessions, 121, events etc, analysing needs within the L&D area and designing of training material, and also the delivery of it supporting the senior members of the team.

To be considered you will have prior experience within a busy L&D function, have a passion for learning/training, you will be a strong administrator with exceptional organisation skills, be a confident communicator who can engage with others and deliver training. Ideally qualified or working towards.
