Coventry Short Term Re-Enablement - Care Assistant (GBP8.33 per hour)

Here at Accord at our Coventry Short Term re-enablement scheme we are looking for Care Assistants to work out in the community across Coventry.
The Coventry Short term care scheme service operates on a six week basis; helping those who have been discharged from hospital to get back on their feet or find suitable long term solutions for their needs.
Why would you want to work here?
For a successful care assistant working in our re-enablement service will feel a real sense of accomplishment helping someone process and succeed on their six week journey with us.
The level of care given by the care assistant can vary from verbal prompts or to assist with using equipment, or in some cases just being there observing while someone builds their confidence back up.
The successful Care Assistant will be part of a great scheme covering across but not limited to the East side of Coventry, whether you have paid experience, personal experience or are just someone with a kind heart and caring nature, looking to make a difference in an older adults life, we would love to hear from you

What we need (and dont need) from you?
* You definitely need to be flexible, dedicated and hard-working
* Experience within the care industry would be advantages and within a domiciliary roles specifically would be highly advantages but not essential.
* A driving license for this role is advantages based on the travel aspects of this role.
We cover the East of Coventry including: Longford, Wood End, Bell Green, Potters Green, Henley Green, Wyken, Walsgrave, Stoke, Stoke Aldermorre, Binley, Whitley, Willenhall to give you an idea of the areas you would be covering if you were successful within the care assistant role.
