Development Agronomist - East Anglia
Working as part of a team of Development Agronomists within the BASF Crop Protection Division, you will plan and execute a range of field trials in support of current and future new compounds in our development pipeline. This will entail reporting on progress and results for individual projects under your control. Acting as an interface between the Development department and other functional groups, your role will also involve close liaison with trial contractors.
The ideal candidate will have several years' experience of conducting field trials, a degree in Agriculture, Biological Sciences or equivalent, as well as an NPTC Certificate of Competence in the use of Pesticides (Part 1 and Part 6). Excellent communication skills, the ability to work well within a team and good level of IT skills and an organised approach to work are essential.
