A confident, self-motivated & hardworking individual is required to
undertake a part-time permanent Lettings Administrator role based in
Sunderland.

We are a large property company with properties based in Sunderland
and the surrounding areas.

The role will primarily involve processing new tenant applications,
issuing legal documentation, advertising properties onto portals,
updating utility bills and being proactive to ensure properties are
let as soon as possible.

Other duties will involve general administration tasks, such as
answering the phone, taking rent payments, logging maintenance jobs,
issuing letters and the upkeep of the property database.

The ideal candidate will be confident, proactive and have excellent
communication skills.

Time management skills and attention to detail are also a must.

It would be advantageous if the candidate has previous experience of
lettings or looking after a large property portfolio.
