Our clients are an established and award winning architectural practice based in Central London and over the years they have designed and delivered a huge range of projects. These range from individual sites to large scale master-planning layouts. Their work is concentrated into three main sectors: residential, commercial offices and hotels and includes both new build and refurbishment/restoration.
They offer the full range of design services from initial concepts to construction detailing thanks to the talents of their growing team of experienced architects and technicians working in an organised, professional and friendly environment.
The Vacancy
They are now recruiting 2 architectural technologists who have residential or hotel project experience to join them on a permanent or contract basis to work on unique and very impressive heritage projects. The qualifications for this position are as follows:
- Experience working on high-end refurbishment or restoration projects.
- Excellent knowledge of current building techniques, Building Regulations and
Specification.
- Demonstrable experience of producing co-ordinated tender drawing and production
drawing packages.
- Strong design skills.
- Flexible and committed attitude to work.
- Ability to work within a small team under the direction of the team leader.
- High level of proficiency using AutoCad or Revit, Photoshop and Adobe In-Design
