Tenancy and Lettings Officer
Hours:Full-time
Salary:Circa GBP22.5k per annum
Based Billericay, Essex
Providing administrative support to ensure our processes run smoothly you will be responsible for the satisfactory completion of a range of IT based tasks. You will provide advice and assistance to our customers on moving home and tenancy matters, including tenancy amendments, successions and tenancy fraud.
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate a 'can do' attitude, with excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to organise their duties. Dealing with customers on a daily basis this is a varied and rewarding role for the right person.
While experience of the housing sector is not essential, experience of excellent customer service and IT systems are. Attention to detail and the desire to ensure things are done thoroughly and within guidelines are vital in this post.
