Reservations Consultant - 6 month FTC

Are you a driven and friendly individual with a flair for customer service? Like us, you enjoy delivering a fantastic guest experience in a friendly and engaging way. At Mottram Hall, we are now looking for a team member to join us on a fixed term contract for 6 months, with potential for the role being made permanent. As a reservation consultant you play a vital role in the success of our innovative and forward thinking business by generating revenue, making bookings and organising treatments over the phone. You will be the first point of contact for our prospective customers, ensuring you are using great customer service and sales techniques to convert enquires in to bookings. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication and teamwork skills. You will have a pleasant telephone manner, great communication skills both written and verbal, and be confident with computer work. Previous experience working in a customer focused sales roles, however, we will consider those that have not worked in a call centre before.
