An excellent opportunity has arisen for a strong business to business telesales professional to join the existing sales team with RoSPA. Working as part of a team with individual objectives and targets, you will be expected to achieve monthly sales targets by developing a portfolio of accounts through new business development and following up outbound campaigns, selling the benefits of specific RoSPA products and providing a 'one stop' and holistic approach to prospective and existing clients.

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a strong business to business telesales professional to join the existing sales team with RoSPA. Working as part of a team with individual objectives and targets, you will be expected to achieve monthly sales targets by developing a portfolio of accounts through new business development and following up outbound campaigns, selling the benefits of specific RoSPA products and providing a 'one stop' and holistic approach to prospective and existing clients. Working to specific timescales and targets, you will be expected to thoroughly explore all customers' objectives and requirements, promoting and increasing sales by cross selling all products on every call. In addition to your telesales activity, you will also have the opportunity to support the overall sales function by visiting and selling face to face to clients in order to meet challenging monthly revenue targets.

The successful candidate will be working with companies ranging from SME's to blue-chip organisations. Full training is provided on the product via an in-depth induction process with regular refresher courses.

A good standard of education including English and Maths is essential to this role along with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, to include word and excel. Candidates must be able to work on their own initiative and to tight deadlines. Good communication skills are essential and demonstrable telesales experience preferred.
