The purpose of the role is to perform duties that will ensure
effective and efficient management of the office and activities
surrounding the organisation and ensuring complete governance.

You will also be responsible for measuring the cost effectiveness of
the supply chain for the provision of services to the organisation and
to drive process improvement and quality services.

Ensure the policies and procedures, including the register is up to
date, in line with legislation and is actively being implemented.

Demonstrate a 'can do' attitude, be able to work to deadline in a
fast-paced environment, and possess an excellent grasp of the English
language, ensuring a high standard of customer service.

Ability to produce and manage qualitative Management Information
Reporting. Create working timetables and schedules and report against
effectiveness.

Experience and knowledge of social media and email marketing.

The key duties and responsibilities are:

* Management of the daily operation of the office, ensuring
availability of all services and contact during the core opening
hours

* Creation and management of policies in co-ordination with
appropriate organisation members where required

* Weekly reporting on various activities to monitor performance

* Create analysis against previous uptake and attendance to courses
to identify trends

* Scheduled reporting against module events to ensure modules are
viable and appropriate tutors are engaged

* Managing member subscription and renewals

* Control and co-ordination of absence and holiday for the
Administrator

* Run various email marketing campaigns as directed by the board

* Upload material to the website and social media pages

* Help maintain social media accounts for brands, products, or
services

* Manage supplier relationships and service delivery

* Attend meetings and take minutes, issue and follow up on actions

* Ensuring expenditure and revenue recovery is in line with budget
and procedures

The ideal candidate will:

* Excellent communication and presentation skills

* Self motivated but can equally function as part of a team

* Possess initiative and excellent problem solving skills

* Excellent time management skills, working to deadlines and
possessing the ability to prioritise tasks and to multi-task

* General IT literacy (Microsoft Office)

* Ability to meet and achieve tight internal and external deadlines

* Able to receive direction and deliver against that direction

* Have personal integrity and able to gain the trust of peers and
subordinates
