Our office is situated in Bolton (north of Manchester) so you would need to have a possibility to commute to the office daily.

Your responsibilities:

- Candidate attraction and sourcing for vacancies using the existing database, online job boards, social media and referrals and offline activities
- Writing and posting appropriate adverts for live vacancies;
- Building a strong social media presence in the local and wider community
- Screening candidates, and matching them against role requirements using established screening criteria
- Conducting full in-depth registration process and ensure all paperwork is completed and compliant

Long story short you will help match the right candidate with the right job opportunity.

- Must be fluent in Polish and English
- Good communication & problem-solving skills
- Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
- Works well under pressure and as part of a team
- Ability to follow and manage compliance procedures
- Enthusiastic, professional and performance driven
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible with working hours is essential
- IT skills & experience of working with Microsoft office tools
- Can take instruction and direction from your direct line manager

Desirable, but not essential:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of another European language
