We have a position for an Administrator in the Cardiff area on a full-time basis. This role will involve the successful candidate providing general administrative support in a busy environment, working closely as part of a team.
To be considered for this role, applicants must have:
" Administrative experience and be confident users of MS Word & Excel
" Be customer-focused and understand the needs of vulnerable customers
" Good communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
" A good eye for detail, and effective decision-making skills
" A flexible approach to workload as duties may vary
" A Valid In-Date Passport is Essential
The successful candidate will be working in a secure environment, which requires a high level of background and clearance checks. This will include Criminal Record checks (CTC Clearance), Reference Checks (3 years), Address checks (3 years) and may involve us obtaining Character references to cover periods of unemployment.
Once the successful candidate has been offered the role, these checks will commence. Due to the high level of clearance required (CTC), the checks can take up to 12 weeks, in which case we would endeavour to find something shorter term so that the successful candidate isnt out of work for too long.
