Senior Maintenance Engineer (Team Leader/Supervisor)

GBP38,000 - GBP40,000 + Pension + 20 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
DAYS Monday to Friday 40 Hours a Week
Maintenance Supervisor role available in a well established manufacturer that are people focused and invest regularly. The role will suit those looking for a varied hands on team leader role.
To apply for the role, you need to have experience in both mechanical and electrical maintenance within manufacturing. You can be either biased as specific training will be provided. The role will suit those with experience leading a small team or those looking to take a step up.
The role is primarily a hands on team leader role spending the majority of the time on the shop floor. The other elements of the role will be advising and supporting the existing team, ordering parts, looking at the stores and general prioritisation of the work load within engineering. Reporting into the Production Manager, you'll oversee a small team of 3 engineers. The company are growing so the team may increase by an additional 1 or 2 engineers. The hours are Monday to Friday 40 hours, flexibility in start and finish times will be needed to support the engineering department. You need to be very health and safety conscious to ensure all procedures are adhered too.
