Property Litigation Senior Associate
A unique and exciting opportunity has arisen for this top tier, Legal 100 firm based in Central Cardiff for a Property Litigation Senior Associate to act as a number two in the team and mentor the junior Solicitors in the team in addition to taking over an existing caseload of both Commercial and Residential Property Litigation matters.
The team are reputed nationally for their Property Litigation work and they act for a number of local developers as well as London based clients.
Your workload will cover a range of matters, including: Landlord and Tenant disputes; lease extensions and enfranchisement; possession proceedings; and business tenancy renewals.
To be successful in your application, you will possess the following attributes:
• Fully qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive in England & Wales with a minimum of 6 years PQE
• Extensive experience of property litigation matters across both Commercial and Residential Property
• Experience of coaching and mentoring Junior staff and bringing them forward to their full potential
• IT literate and familiar with case management systems
