My client is a leading financial services business, seeking to appoint a Client Support Executive to join their business in Northwich. Working as part of a team that provides a support service to Clients and Financial Advisers within the Financial Education department. This is a varied role encompassing Client Support and Administration duties including:

  • Managing leads with the Client Relationship Management (CRM) system and inputting data
  • Ongoing client communication regarding meetings, arranging appointments and diary management

  • Preparing meeting packs and Valuations for client appointments

  • Call management/ Client contact

  • Handling and administration of incoming and outgoing communications covering all aspects of client instruction with respect to their portfolios, general enquiries and advice related documentation

  • Checking new business paperwork, banking cheques, scanning and archiving documents

  • Facilitation of new business to Platform and Off-Platform administration teams, from submission to completion

  • Managing cash balances and cash movements including raising invoices for advice fees and chasing for payment

  • Document management - ensure documentation is scanned, saved and archived in accordance with department operating procedures

  • Task and workflow management on back office system

Previous financial services experience is preferable. You will need to be able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail, strong IT skills and be a Team Player with Good communication skills - verbal and written.

Salary of GBP19,000-GBP21,000 per annum plus excellent benefits. Hours of work are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. Please apply to Leanne Boddy at WWB Recruitment.
