We are growing, quickly! After extensive workforce planning we have identified the need to source talent from UK for our NZ and Melbourne based positions. Based in the UK your primary focus will be sourcing nurses and we're looking for you to use all your recruitment expertise to ensure we continue to employ the cream of the crop! From proactively building talent streams to providing key input into projects that will raise the profile of our employer brand, this role has variety.
Delivering a high-quality service with speed will be second nature. You are a broad thinker and a fast learner, with the ability - and desire - to work autonomously and the energy and resilience to meet our shared goals - which you will help to shape. Recruitment experience is a given, ideally gained in an in-house or RPO role.
