Prospectus is delighted to be partnering with a small and dedicated children's charity based in Shoreditch, as they seek to recruit a Database Manager to lead on the overall management of their CRM and associated systems ensuring a smooth BAU function. This is advertised as an initial contract for six months however the organisation will also be considering people on a permanent basis.

The Database Manager will line manage a Database Administrator and will liaise closely with the fundraising & communications team to ensure all the required information distributed is correct and available. They will be responsible for maintaining their database, Donorflex, ensuring it is up to date and accurate for monitoring and reporting processes so fundraisers are able to track their income on an ongoing basis. Additionally, this person will respond to any escalated queries that do arise.

The successful candidate will have a demonstrable track record of managing a CRM, experience of using Donorflex is preferred however not a requirement for this role. It is however absolutely essential this person has practical experience and an understanding of SQL and pivot tables. You will be a strong communicator and an agile problem solver, able to assist and work closely with colleagues internally and provide CRM support where needed.
