CLR are currently recruiting on behalf of a Staffordshire based firm who are looking to expand their Conveyancing Department.
We are keen to hear from candidates with a residential property background who have experience acting in both freehold and leasehold transactions including sales; sales of part; purchase; mortgages; deeds of grant of easements; deeds of covenant and grants of leases.
If you are experienced in managing your own caseload but not yet fully qualified then please do still apply to be considered.
