Working for an fantastic organisation who have over 25 years' experience of delivering specialist community, supported living, respite, day opportunities and residential services for children and adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health and complex needs.
As the Deputy Manager you will be responsible for leading, inspiring your team and putting the tools in place to ensure the services are safe, caring, effective and well-led. This is a great opportunity to develop your career, take on new responsibilities and build your management and leadership skills. You'll be leading and motivating a team of people and using a unique, person-centred model to support adults, enabling them to lead enjoyable, fulfilling lives.
You will know that you need passion, integrity and to treat people with dignity and respect. You need to be reliable because people are depending on you, be able to travel and work flexibly.
The successful candidate will hold a minimum of a NVQ level 3 in health and social care or equivalent, have excellent leadership skills and have experience at senior level.
This is a full-time position with a excellent salary of between £25,000-£25,000 with exciting training, progression and career development.
