New Homes Sales Negotiator
We are currently recruiting an experienced New Homes Sales Negotiator to work for an industry leading developer based in Edenbridge, Kent. This role is permanent you will be working on site on a busy sales and marketing suite.
The salary is GBP25,000 base with an on target earning of GBP50,000. Working days and hours will be discussed at interview stage.
You will have experience selling off-plan residential units ideally having worked as a Sales Negotiator for a house builder or developer.
For this role duties will include
* Meeting and greeting of customers on site
* Taking customer details and qualifying requirements
* Dealing with incoming sales enquiries
* Book appointments and take customers on viewings
* Advising customers on the sales journey and progressing sales
* Ensuring the sales suite is presentable
* Manage sales database and ensure it is up to date.
Key requirements
* Have new homes
* Have access to your own transport
* Be confident using Computer systems including Microsoft Office
* Be very customer service focused and sales orientated
* Be immaculately presented
* Weekend work will be required
