The branch requires an experienced & dynamic Leader to join there Gateshead office. The successful candidates will have estate agency experience, will provide excellent customer service and be competitive, goal orientated individuals with a proven track record in sales and a desire to succeed. You will lead a team of 6-8 sales negotiators within a busy and vibrant customer care and business generation centre. The role is very similar to a traditional Estate Agency branch manager and will involve staff management, training, motivating, leading from the front, holding morning meetings and monthly performance reviews, inbound and outbound calls are handled at the centre. No driver's license would be required as it will be an office based position which offers a great opportunity into management. The successful candidates will have estate agency experience, will provide excellent customer service and be competitive, goal orientated individuals with a proven track record in sales and a desire to succeed. This role requires flexible working hours to accommodate our 8am until 8pm, 7 day per week service. Working hours would be on a 3 Rotations Shift Pattern: * Week 1 9am - 6pm * Week 2 10am - 7pm * Week 3 11am - 8pm You'd be required to works 2 weekends a month but would receive days off in lieu. In return my client is offering a basic salary of GBP18,000 and a realistic OTE of GBP25,000.
