I have an EXCITING opportunity for the right individual to join a leading digital communications company, to ensure staff knowledge of products is up to date and to deliver exceptional customer service standards throughout the store.
You will be responsible for ensuring a positive customer journey from start to finish, recommending suitable products whilst up-selling other products to match their needs. You will be a GURU in phone technology, providing extensive product knowledge to customers and the team.
To be considered for this role you must have the following experience:
*A proven track record in sales and customer service
*Previous customer service experience
*Previous experience in a targeted environment
*Previous retail or GURU experience
