Payroll administrator

This client is looking to hire an individual who will be organised, motivated, can work as part of a team.

Your new role

• Coordinate with HR and external Payroll provider; collating new hires, role changes, terminations, overtime and commissions
• Review computations of payroll and posting Journals to Finance System
• Liaise with provider and new starter to provide payslips accessibility
• Upload pension data and ensure compliance with legislation
• Liaison of end of year reporting including P11Ds and P60s
• GL Account Reconciliation
• Inventory system produced Journals Export and Reconciliation
• Scan/File Invoices and Electronic file management
• Assisting, where required, the UK Finance Teams as well as APAC and USA
• Assist in monthly processing of Employee Expenses using SAP Concur
• Answering the telephone

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous Payroll experience is essential
• Accounts and General Ledger experience
• Ability to work on own initiative and as a member of a team
• High Level of numeracy/Literacy skills
• Strong IT skills
• Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills
• Good Organisational Skills, being able to work under pressure, prioritise workloads and meet deadlines
