Our client has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Environments Manager to ensure the IT Environments that they use are managed effectively.
The role will be responsible for reducing risks, maximising the appropriate usage and synchronisation as well as deploying releases to test and production environments.
Using your knowledge of the software development lifecycle, you will be responsible for managing the release policies, processes and cycles across the department. You will liaise with external stakeholders including data centres, monitoring the environment performance and ensuring that access is controlled.
This is a hybrid role in which you will maintain multiple environments and systems, as well as taking part in collaborative planning and engagement with project delivery teams.
This role requires a client focused and technical candidate with a proven track record of maintaining environment efficiency in complex business software systems. You will be able to manage projects with variable priorities and adapt to sudden changes in the expectations and timeframes.
You will be accustomed to managing and reporting metrics to multiple stakeholders and have an understanding of Wealth Management Systems. You will have an understanding of Environment Strategy, process and management.
