Our client is a Multidisciplinary Planning and Development Consultancy employing Urban Designer, Landscape Architects, Town Planners, Chartered Environmentalists and Sustainability Professionals and have several offices throughout the UK.
They are currently looking for a Mid-Level Urban Designer to join the successful Bristol based team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the preparation of conceptual urban design and planning work, feasibility studies, masterplanning, development briefs and design strategies for residential and mixed use schemes for developers and private clients.
Main workload will include medium and large scale residential and mixed use development masterplans and layouts for UK projects.
The successful candidate will be design orientated, have proven experience of working on UK projects and will have excellent technical skills and a strong team capability.
