An established, dynamic and growing company based in Glossop are increasing their sales and marketing teams and are currently hiring for an Account Manager. Providing high end quality furniture for their prestigious retail clients, they service over 3,000 customers from house hold names to small bespoke furniture retailers. They are widely recognised in the industry for their passion for great service and excellent value.
They have over 30 employees all based in the Head Office in Glossop. The Managing Director and Business Development Manager are looking to expand their team of Account Managers who can service and support their customers.
Salary: GBP20,000 - GBP25,000 plus bonus depending on experience
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:15pm with 45-minute lunch break

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Reporting and working alongside the Business Development Manager supporting them on new projects
• Ensuring customers are receiving the best service the company can offer
• Advising and liaising with customers on the products and service
• Occasionally attending client visits and building long term relationships
• Offering consultative advice to customers on product ranges and pricing
• Growing and retaining client base
You will need:
• Excellent communication skills
• To be extremely personable and have a positive manner
• Strong customer service skills and experience
• The ability to coordinate business development plans
• A full UK Driving licence
• Previous account manager experience or similar would be desirable
