New Business Development/Sales Account Managers
Our client is as highly successful Global Infrastructure Solutions and Services provider with user base of between 250-10,000 users. With close to 20yrs experience in helping clients across a range of industries such as, On-line Gaming, ISV's, Retail, Research & Financial Services. Technology Partners include HPE, Cisco, Microsoft, VMWare, NetApp, Oracle, IBM, Pure Storage and many other emerging technology vendors.
Due to growth they are recruiting for New Business Sales Account Managers ( Hunters) who will retain and develop these accounts, a seasoned professional with a good track record working with Global Corporate customers, ideally have a re-seller background typically billing a minimum of £400k GP per annum. We are looking for consistent high achievers looking for a career opportunity with uncapped OTE.
You will have an IT Solution Sales background with demonstrable track record, committed to success, with a focus on real revenue producing business results. A self -starter able to build and develop successful and long standing business relationships at CxO level.
You will have a track record at accepting, setting and tackling demanding and challenging yet realistic goals and targets to continually improve performance will show that you have the talent required to be part of the team. You will be a collaborative team player with the smarts to initiate action and achieve results; the ability to spot and solve problems and the desire to set and maintain best-practice standards., establish effective relationships with customers, team and stakeholders, networking effectively within and outside the business.
The Corporate Sales division drives business growth through effective sales engagement resulting in achievement of targets by providing fit-for-purpose solutions to customer needs
You will generate sales opportunities and conduct and conclude sales · Meet revenue and gross margin targets ·
Manage accounts · Grow customer base Build and maintain exemplary customer relationships ·
Produce sales plans and reports and conduct quarterly account reviews · Solve or escalate problems ·
Build and maintain excellent relations with vendors · Business, market, customer, product and service knowledge
You will ideally have a relevant degree- not essential, 3yrs + direct sales and account management experience with leading IT products such as Microsoft, Cisco, HP etc,, MS proficiency, Clean Drivers licence. own transport preferable.
