As our company continues to grow, we are now seeking a Sales Executive to join our team.
- Salary of up to £23,000 base
- Uncapped commission with an OTE of £50,000 - £65,000 plus once established

As a Sales Executive, you will be tasked with growing sales of our incredible Greenhouses and Glasshouses, primarily to new customers. Dealing directly with our customer base, you’ll establish contact with new customers via telephone and respond to enquiries from existing customers.
Once you’re fully trained, you’ll be required to travel to customer sites throughout the UK.
- Provide quotes
- Negotiate prices
- Work towards monthly and annual sales targets
- Attend exhibitions and customers’ properties to demonstrate products
- Act as liaison between the Sales, Production and Customer Services Departments to ensure effective communication
- Build and identify opportunities
- Identify opportunities for new products or the development of existing lines
- Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and maintain the CRM system with your activity
What You’ll Need
To be considered as a Sales Executive, you will need:
- Previous sales experience or customer service experience with exposure to up-selling
- Excellent communication skills, tenacity and a result-oriented mind-set
- Self-motivation and drive
- The ability to work as part of a team
- A full, clean driving licence and access to your own vehicle
