As our company continues to grow, we are looking for a Customer Service Supervisor to join our team in Greenfield.

The Role
As a Customer Service Supervisor, you will ensure that our customers receive a world-class service.
In this key role, you’ll maintain and enhance our Customer Services function by leading your team and evaluating our service and delivery systems.
Specifically, you will:
- Delegate tasks, encourage teamwork and recognise hard work within your team
- Recruit and train new team members
- Perform annual reviews, appraisals and performance management reviews
- Ensure that operational goals are achieved
- Communicate with customers via email, telephone and letter
- Make sure that any customer issues are swiftly resolved
- Develop standard customer service procedures and processes
- Recommend process improvements and issues to Managers
About You
To join us as a Customer Service Supervisor, you’ll need:
- Experience of managing a telephone-based customer service team
- Recruitment and selection experience
- Experience of performance management, including annual reviews and/or appraisals
- Strong communication skills
