Brook Street Preston are currently recruiting for a Sales Negotiator based in Preston. £18,000 - £20,000 dependant on experience. Permanent position Mon - Fri 08:30 -17:30

You will manage a portfolio and take responsibility for dealing with vendor clients and interested purchasers within assigned industry sectors, dealing with all stages of the enquiry from negotiations through to completion.

Main responsibilities:

To achieve daily, weekly and months KPI`S
To negotiate multiple offers & effectively manage an individual pipeline of deals
Achieve competition targets monthly
Establish network of "Hot buyers"
Liaise with trading partners & professional contracts
Updating clients ensuring high levels of customer care
Manage and maintain a datable of vendor/clients and purchasers
Collate and gather information from feedback of viewings
Actively promote the business and the brand

What we are looking for?

Record of success within sales/customer care environment
Delivering KPI`S
Good and effective communication skills
Excellent negotiating and influencing capabilities
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Organised and proactive

If you do have relevant estate agency or business transfer experience this would be preferred although full training will be provided.
