CONTAMINATED LAND OFFICER
Permanent, 22.25 hours per week
Salary: GBP29,055 - GBP30,756 (pro rata)
The purpose of the post is to provide expert technical contaminated land advice and guidance to Officers of the Council, such as EHOs, Planning, Building Control and Property Services as well as external bodies, including regulatory agencies, the public and businesses. Your advice and guidance will allow people and organisations to meet the Councils requirements and the Council to adhere to its own statutory obligations.
You will be based in the Environmental Protection Team and already have proven experience in dealing with historical land uses and contaminated land.
