We are partnering with a well-known company based in Letchworth Garden City, who are looking to recruit an Accounts Payable Administrator.
The role is paying upto GBP20,000pa, and previous Accounts Payable experience is absolutely essential.
Duties:
Manage a high volume of manual supplier invoices
Monthly Supplier Statement reconciliations
Weekly payment runs & same day payments
Posting up DDs taken and matching down
Dealing with accounts, and keep these up to date
Printing off Credit notes
Assist with reporting
Liaise with other departments within the business, and suppliers to resolve any discrepancies
Query resolution
About you:
At least 1 years experience within an Accounts Payable role
Good Communication skills - verbally and written
Strong MS Excel Skills - Confident with VLookups
Strong team player
Computer Literate
Customer Service skills
Ability to prioritise
Ability to work to tight deadlines
