Trainee Finance Assistant

This will be a varied role dealing with a mix of clients, internal queries, processing of timesheets and dealing with any finance based queries for the business.

This Trainee Finance Administrator role will include:
• Processing timesheets through a bespoke program
• Dealing with any queries from external clients
• Dealing with internal queries
• Monitoring and updating
• Dealing with external calls
• Approaching clients with payments

This will be the ideal role for the following candidate:
• Hungry to learn and develop
• Previous office experience would be advantageous however not essential
• Ability to converse with all levels
• High attention to detail
