My exciting and well established Estate Agency client are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Negotiator to join their friendly and professional team in Peterborough.

The Property Sales Negotiator role will require you to carry out listing, negotiate sales and progress sales to completion. The right candidate will be driven and self motivated.

As this is a busy and demanding role it will only be suitable to the most conscientious of people. The ideal person will have;

*Previous estate agents experience/sales experience
*Well-spoken with excellent communication skills written and verbal
*Be highly organised and able to prioritise workload
*Social media and marketing activity skills
*Have good knowledge of the local market
*High Attention to detail
*Full UK Driving licence

In return, a basic salary of £14,000 - £15,000 per annum is on offer depending on experience with a competitive Commission package on top with an OTE of £25000.
