My client is an established private housing developer who are massively expanding and looking to add an Assistant Site Manager to their team in Derbyfor a brand new housing development of 3 to 5 bedroom houses.
This is an exciting opportunity if you are currently a proven Assistant Site Manager for a leading house builder but not getting the long term progression and training you desire. If you are driven to succeed and looking for the challenge ensuring quality is maximized over quality then this is the right role for you.
Responsibilities:
* Working with the Site Manager, supervising all sub-contractors and trades.
* Scheduling work to be carried out to ensure targets are met.
* To ensure working methods are performed correctly.
* Adhere to all Health and safety procedures ensuring that all trades are working to
* Contribute to improving the business
Skills & Experience
* Previous Assistant Site Manager experience (minimum 18 months with leading housebuilder)
* Experience of residential developments dealing with both quality and quantity.
* Working to tight build programs
* Ideally from a trades background (Bricklayer, Joiner etc).
* CSCS card
* SMSTS certificate
* First Aid at Work certificate
