Cubed resourcing are recruiting a HR Advisor for an established manufacturer situated between Leeds and Bradford at Rodley.
The primary focus of the role is to support HR delivery for over 100 employees based between their Rodley and Horsforth sites. The role also includes projects such as Training & Development and Recruitment.
The role responsibilities are varied from
- Managing retention
- Liaising with the management team on employee related issues
- Learning & development
- Managing employee salaries & related pay
- HR related projects that enable the business growth strategy
- MI reporting
You will be
- Self-starter with a pro-active approach and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Experience in industry and Health and Safety desirable
Ideally you will have HR experience from manufacturing, industrial, FMCG background.
This is a great opportunity for a HR Administrator or HR graduate who wants to experience a fast-moving HR generalist role. Working with an established organisation that has a strategic growth plan in place.
Hours of work 07.00-17.00 Mon - Fri
