Income Officer- Sussex
A Housing Association based in Berkshire are looking for a temporary Income Officer to join their busy team.
Ideally they are looking for someone who has specific rents experience as this is solely what you will be doing.
The duties for the role are but not limited to:
* Monitor the rent accounts of up to 600 properties
* Manage the process from Stage 1 letters through to serving NOSP's and representing the council in court.
* Advice of Benefit applications
* Up to date knowledge on Welfare Legislation and Universal Credit
The role need a person who hold a valid driving licence and has access to a car for work purposes.
