The company is currently looking for a Head of Software / CTO who comes from a hands on background who can help shape the future of the business. You will inherit a strong experienced technical team of developers, testers, PMs and BA's, however you will be tasked with getting the most out of the existing team, whilst making some excellent additions along the way.
