Housekeeper/Cleaner - Full time (30 hrs) or Part Time (15 hrs)

An immediate temporary position until the end of September has arisen for a committed Housekeeper to work for a Student Accommodation in Swansea.
Working within a dynamic and growing organisation you will be responsible for maintaining the communal and domestic areas to a high standard
There is an opportunity to work 30 hours a week or 15 hours a week.
You must be able to work the weekends of the 18th August, 8th-9th Sept, 15th-16th Sept, and 22nd & 23rd September.
Duties include:
Clean main corridor floors using commercial machines
Clean domestic area's e.g. shared kitchens
Keep stairwells clean and tidy
Mop and hoover flooring throughout the accommodation
Clean internal doors, frames and glass
Carry out regular clearance of waste bins
Additional ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
Proven Housekeeper/cleaning experience
Experience of cleaning within a residential environment would be advantageous
Able to show initiative and prioritise duties
Reliable and honest
Able to work to a high standard and to deadlines
Awareness of health and safety issues
